Spanish Rice

2lbs ground beef
1 1/2 cups onions,chopped
1-2 green peppers chopped
28 oz. can tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, or high 6 hours.
