Baked Chicken in Gravy

2 lbs chicken breast
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup melted butter
6 slices American cheese
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/4 cup minced onion
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 can Creme of Mushroom Soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Coat chicken with flour. Pour melted butter into a foil baking pan. Place chicken in butter and bake uncovered at 425 for 30 min. Turn chicken: bake an additional 20 min. Pour off liquid, top with cheese, mushrooms, and onion. Combine milk, soup,salt, and pepper. Pour over all. Allow to cool. Cover with extra heavy foil, and freeze.
To serve: thaw, bake covered at 350 for 45 min. Serve with rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
